Расширенный курс английских условных конструкций для уровней B1–C1, написанный для студентов и специалистов ИТ-сферы. Курс идёт дальше школьной четвёрки «zero / first / second / third»: за основу взята классификация Celce-Murcia и Larsen-Freeman (фактические, будущие-предиктивные и воображаемые условия), поэтому ученик учится выбирать конструкцию по смыслу — факт, привычка, импликация, вывод о прошлом, прогноз, команда, совет, гипотеза, невозможное — а не подставлять «тип номер два». Отдельные ветки посвящены смешанным условиям, модальным глаголам в главной части, связкам вместо if (unless, otherwise, provided that, as long as, only if, supposing, even if, whether or not) и формальному регистру с инверсией (Should you need…, Had we known…). Все примеры и упражнения взяты из рабочего контекста разработчика: документация и спецификации, оценки сроков, SLA и договоры, ревью кода, разбор инцидентов, ADR и RFC, дежурства и раннбуки. Курс завершается практикумом: постмортем, письмо стейкхолдеру и комментарий к пулл-реквесту, написанные условными конструкциями.
